The following figures were derived from recent candidate financial reports.

Of the four candidates, Jason Kyle had the greatest amount of non-Midlothian contributions, with only 7.59% of detailed contributions coming from Midlothian addresses.  He was the only candidate reporting a loan to cover his campaign, with expenditures almost twice the amount of the next highest candidate (Frizzell).
